Coastal Wolf Co. is a small, founder-led lifestyle brand making handmade shell rings, released in small drops. It's inspired by the ocean, nature and carrying a little piece of the places we love with us every day.
Are Coastal Wolf rings handmade?
Yes. Every ring is made by hand by me, Caitlin, in small batches.
Where do the shells come from?
I collect every shell myself, on beaches my family and I visit during our travels along the coast. Before a shell ever becomes a ring, it was something I spotted while wandering the shoreline.
Are the shell rings all identical?
No. Each ring is made around a single shell, so the color, shape and markings are different on every piece. Choose the one that speaks to you.
What size are the rings?
Every Coastal Wolf ring is adjustable, so one ring fits a range of sizes. Wear it on whichever finger feels right that day.
This was a big reason I chose this style. So many times I've found a ring I loved, only for it not to fit the finger I wanted it for. I wanted every ring here to fit you, not the other way around.
What materials are used?
Each ring is made with a real shell I collected myself, preserved in resin and set on an adjustable band.
How should I care for my shell ring?
Every Coastal Wolf ring is handmade with a shell personally collected along the coast. A little extra care will help keep your piece beautiful.
- Keep it dry. Remove your ring before swimming, showering, or washing dishes.
- Avoid chemicals. Perfume, lotion, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, and cleaning products can affect the resin finish.
- Protect it from heat. Don't leave your ring in a hot car or prolonged direct sunlight.
- Handle with care. Resin can scratch, chip, or crack if knocked against hard surfaces. Remove it before gardening, workouts, or heavy activity.
- Clean gently. Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Dry thoroughly.
- Store it safely. Keep your ring in a cool, dry place, ideally in its own pouch or jewelry box.
Each shell is naturally unique, with its own shape, color, and character. Those little differences are part of what makes your piece special.

Can I return or exchange a ring?
Because every ring is one of a kind and made by hand, all sales are final. If your ring arrives damaged, reach out to me and we'll find a resolution together.
Where is Coastal Wolf based?
Ohio, for now. We're always on the move in our camper, and who knows, maybe one day the beach will be in my backyard.
